The Vicar's View

Welcome to St. Paul's website and thank you for checking us out. We are a small and growing mission church with a spirit-filled parish family. Our congregation is quite diverse, with members of all ages and races, and everyone is welcome.

We had a recent visit from Bishop Dena Harrison. This celebration included the baptism of ten children (from newborns to age 12), the confirmation of five teenagers, and the reaffirmation of the baptismal vows by 7 adults. It was truly a wonderful occasion, and we are already making plans for another Discovery Series (classes for introduction to the Episcopal Church) next Spring.

Amoung our outreach projects is The Storehouse, a Pflugerville charity attempting to meet the needs of the poor in our area by providing food and other necessities. We support Episcopal relief and Development in working toward the Millennium Development Goals of reducing world poverty, increasing literacy and other humanitarian efforts. We also participate each year in supporting Pflugervilles's Deutschenpfest.
